We are KLiCWOW, working for children's education.
We are a response to the Agenda for the Future project and share a strong commitment to providing the best educational opportunities for all the children in our Clermont County community.
In conjunction with good parenting, KLiCWOW means to address the significant gap that exists in early childhood education in this community.

Why is early childhood learning so important?
The United States ranks 28th in the world in enrollment of 4-year-olds in early learning
Ohio is ranked 27th of 45 states & D.C. for per-capita enrollment in preschool for 3-year-olds: 36th for 4-year-olds (Not all states provide per-capita figures.)
12.6% of persons in Clermont County are living below poverty level
